About the webinar:

When it comes to gut health, trendy products like kombucha, kimchi and kefir take most of the limelight, leaving everyday high fibre foods like whole grains in the dark. In this webinar, Dr Emma Beckett shifts the spotlight back to whole grains, exploring why these often-forgotten nutrition powerhouses are key to a healthy, happy gut. Emma will share the latest research on the different types of dietary fibre and the consequences fad diets can have on the microbiome. She will also provide tips for getting more whole grains (and the right combinations of fibre) in the diet to improve overall gut health.
