Community Nutritionist/Dietitian delivering the OzHarvest NEST (Nutrition Education and Skills Training) Program to diverse community groups in Canberra.

About the role:
• Highlands Nutrition is a private practice based in Emerald in Queensland.
• I want to offer a full-time position that has great work-life balance for a new dietitian to work out in private practice.
• Opportunity to specialise in areas such as aged care, diabetes, bariatric, disability, cardiac rehab or gastrointestinal. I am looking for someone who is passionate about improving access to health care for those living in remote areas.
• A Dietitian who lives in Emerald is preferred, but I appreciate that we are in a housing crisis and through innovation a flexible practice can be created such as a work-in work-out model.
• Equivalent pay rate to Queensland Health, and an additional weeks annual leave and a weeks paid CPD leave.
• You will also have access to government funding for CPD.
• Opportunities to conduct research alongside the JCU Centre for Rural and Remote Health.
Part-time private practise dietitian, 3 days per week, to cover a variety of clinic areas including general healthy eating & weight loss, gastroenterology, food allergies, cardiology, diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, insulin resistance & eating disorders.
Position: 1 x Full-Time or Part-Time Dietitian (APD)
Location: Based in Warwick with outreach to Stanthorpe, Killarney and Allora
Qualifications Required: Accredited through the Dietitians Australia (DA)
