About the speaker:
Cynthia Reddick, RD, CNSC, is a home tube feeding expert with more than 25 years of experience in homecare facilitating patients’ successful transitions from hospital to home. She promotes positive clinical outcomes believing that a good relationship with a feeding tube enhances adherence and quality of life. She interned at City of Hope National Medical Center and has worked as National Tube Feeding Manager for Coram/CVS Specialty Infusion Services. Currently, she consults on home tube feeding and enteral innovation, and she enjoys presenting at round tables, webinars, and conferences including for the Oley Foundation, CMSA, NHIA, ASPEN, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.Â
About the host:
Ainsley Malone, MS, RDN, LD, CNSC, FAND, FASPEN, is currently a Clinical Practice Specialist with the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) where she works to support malnutrition efforts and other clinical practice activities for the organization. She recently retired as a Nutrition Support Dietitian in the Mt. Carmel Healthcare System in Columbus, Ohio where she was involved in the management of patients requiring enteral and parenteral nutrition. Ainsley is a global and national leader in malnutrition related activities having served as author of the 2012 Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics/ASPEN Malnutrition Consensus Characteristics, currently serving as a member of the Global Leadership Initiative in Malnutrition Implementation working group, and in leading malnutrition advocacy efforts across the United States. In addition, Ainsley serves the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as Speaker of the House of Delegates and as a member of the Academy Board of Directors.
