Biography

Jono Steedman, is the principal dietitian and head honcho at Bite Me Nutrition, a company determined to help more people make food work for them, not against them. Jono uses social media to get his nutrition messages out there and has over 40,000 followers on Instagram. After graduating from The University of Queensland mid 2018, Jono worked as a contracted private practise dietitian at a gym for 12 months, then at a dietetic private practise for another 12 months until COVID hit, at which point he lost his job. He started “The Guyetitian” in May 2020, and then rebranded to “Bite Me Nutrition” in September 2021 as it better reflected the goals of the business.
