David Bourke has had what he calls an “upside down career” – he studied dietetics and started in the food packaging industry, THEN moved to private practice, corporate health and food service. He is now the General Services Manager for Medirest Australia with a wealth of experience and a very interesting career path so far. His story is testament to how the road less travelled in dietetics can be a rewarding and incredibly successful journey.
