About the role: We are currently seeking an up-and-coming Product Manager eager to take the next step in their career with greater responsibility and ownership of the marketing activities within our Clinical Nutrition portfolio.
Specifically, you will be responsible and supporting: • Marketing & Product Management • Social Media Content Creation & Management • Portfolio Strategy Planning • Product Training • Budgeting • Stakeholder Engagement • Leadership and Direction • Operational Compliance In this exciting role, you will report to and work closely with the Associate Marketing Manager to develop and manage the marketing activities for the Clinical Nutrition portfolio, to achieve sales and profit targets. This requires a hands-on approach across a wide area of activities such as supporting the financial forecast and budgeting process, development of annual strategic plans and implementation, social media content creation and management, and leading supply forecasts. The role will also have you working closely with the sales team ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to be successful in implementing key strategies to drive the success of the Clinical Nutrition portfolio. What we are looking for: • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health related, marketing and/or business discipline. Dietetics qualification highly desirable • A minimum of 2 years FMCG and/or pharmaceutical/medical nutrition marketing experience with a focus on health/wellness related products • A minimum of 2 years of social media management and content creator experience in health/wellness industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Proficiency with Meta, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Matomo is highly desirable. • Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program (Code of Conduct) is desirable Willingness to travel across Australia, New Zealand and occasionally Internationally
