About the webinar:

Maternal and Child Health Nurses (MCHNs) often encounter fussy and restrictive eating in paediatrics, with concerned carers seeking practical advice. Whether driven by ARFID, sensory processing differences or mealtime stress, these dietary challenges require tailored approaches. This webinar equips Maternal and Child Health Nurses with practical strategies to assess and manage a child’s nutritional risk, optimise nutrition and support the families they see in clinic. Paediatric dietitian, Lauren Gladman, will discuss the importance of an individualised nutrition plan, including targeted foods, prebiotics and supplements to bridge nutritional gaps. You will learn key feeding techniques, criteria for referrals and explore case studies demonstrating effective nutrition plans.
