About the Lunch & Learn:

What makes extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) so good for your health? What is the smoke point, and does it really matter? And what are the different types best used for? Join our upcoming Lunch & Learn with dietitian Sian Armstrong from Cobram Estate to learn the latest science behind the potential health and culinary benefits of nutritious EVOO. Sian will also share plenty of culinary inspiration, with practical tips and tricks dietitians can use with their clients to get more EVOO into their meals.

About the sponsor:

Cobram Estate produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Their passion for quality inspires everything they do. Cobram Estate take a tree-to-table approach to create fresh, healthy, award-winning EVOO. Uniquely, they look after every stage of EVOO production – from planting the trees on their groves, to harvesting and cold pressing the olives within 4-6 hours and bottling the oil. This ensures every bottle or tin of EVOO meets their high standards, resulting in award-winning and healthy EVOO. You can find Cobram Estate at all major retailers in Australia and in most major retailers in the US.
