Determinants of infant adiposity during the first 6 months of life: evidence from the Baby-bod study
About the webinar:
In this webinar, Manoja Herath will walk you through her research findings on the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease hypothesis – that is, that environmental exposures in-utero and early infancy may mediate the programming of obesity and comorbidities in adulthood. Manoja will explain why adiposity during infancy is important, how adiposity is measured in infants and the prenatal and postnatal factors that affect infant adiposity.
