About the speakers:

Joanna Baker is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Registered Nurse who is passionate about digestive health, nutrition and wellness. Her extensive experience with IBS has shown that the best results come from strategies that go beyond food and also support the gut-brain axis. She sits on the Adverse Food Reactions committee at Dietitians Australia and the advisory board for the Master of Dietetics at Deakin University. Joanna regularly writes for leading publications and loves to guide her patients to resolve digestive issues and rebuild a positive relationship with food.

Ellie Anderson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in disordered eating in gastrointestinal conditions, consulting at the Mind+Gut Clinic. She is currently undertaking her PhD at Monash University with the Department of Gastroenterology on food-related quality of life and non-diet therapies for persistent symptoms in IBD and IBS.Â
