Guest biography
Dr Judi Porter is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University as well as the Dietetics Manager at Eastern Health in Victoria.
Judi is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian, specialising in hospital nutrition and food service management.
She is also the recipient of a NHMRC Translating Research into Practice Fellowship for the period of 2015-2016. Her research combines her interests in hospital food service and malnutrition, where she is currently leading a protected mealtimes study in the subacute setting.
Judi has also been an Associate Editor of Nutrition & Dietetics for the past nine years. Additionally, Judi is a member of the Dietitian Connection scientific advisory board.
