Biography

Dawn Jackson Blatner is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified specialist in sports dietetics. She is the author of two acclaimed books: “The Flexitarian Diet” and “The Superfood Swap.” She regularly contributes to online and TV outlets, starred in (and won!) a primetime reality TV show, and hosted an Emmy-nominated TV show in Chicago. In addition to her media experience, Dawn worked as the head dietitian for the Chicago Cubs for 10 years (and yes, earned a World Series ring!) She is an expert spokesperson for some of the biggest national brands. And believes joy is a nutrient.
