- Diabetes Qualified has a range of CPD accredited courses for health professionals delivered through an online eLearning platform. APDs may be particularly interested in the Diabetes Essentials course, which is suitable for anyone wanting to increase their technical knowledge of diabetes. There is also an online course called Diabetes in Practice for Allied Health Professionals as well as webinars and other resources

- Diabetes NSW & ACT have developed a range of paediatric resources in consultation with the NSW Combined Children’s Services Diabetes Dietitians group. These are intended to be used in consultation with children and their families to provide practical information about the day-to-day management of type 1 diabetes for young people.

Online Education for People living with Diabetes
There are some free online programs that are excellent educational tools for people living with diabetes

Online learning that can help to recognise which foods contain carbohydrates (carbs), and the different methods and tools to help count carbs in the food.
An online learning program to help people become (more) active. The program provides education on the benefits of moving more, helps with creating a plan to get started, and where to get support if needed.
10 short modules that provide information about diabetes, managing blood glucose levels, healthy lifestyle behaviours and many more topics. These are designed to help people understand more about their condition and how they can live well with diabetes
