As rural generalist I have gain extensive experience in renal (including haemodialysis), chronic disease management, food allergy and intolerance, malnutrition, faltering growth, and food service management.
I have also an the incredible opportunity to develop unique skills in leading a team in applying evidence-based guidelines and developing organisational processes for perioperative nutrition support and infant feeding in several African countries.
