About the webinar:
Perimenopause is a time of significant physiological change, often accompanied by symptoms such as sleep disturbance, mood changes, and shifts in energy levels. Nutrition is emerging as a key, modifiable factor in supporting both symptom management and overall wellbeing. Join dietitian Sharon Natoli for an evidence-based exploration of the role of nutrition in perimenopause, with a focus on sleep and broader symptom management. This session will unpack the physiological drivers underpinning common symptoms and examine emerging evidence on how whole-food dietary strategies, including protein-rich foods such as eggs, may play a supportive role in overall health and symptom management during this life stage.
You’ll learn how to:
- Evaluate the physiological drivers of sleep disturbance and other key perimenopause symptoms, and identify opportunities for nutrition intervention
- Interpret emerging evidence on whole-food dietary strategies for sleep quality and symptom management
- Discuss the potential role of protein-rich whole foods, including eggs, within evidence-informed dietary approaches for perimenopausal health
- Integrate realistic, evidence-informed nutrition strategies within a broader, holistic lifestyle framework for perimenopause
