About the webinar:

The evidence for the Mediterranean diet is well established. Turning it into advice your clients can follow every day takes a different set of tools. In this 90-minute masterclass, we focus on what using the Mediterranean diet with patients looks like in the consult room.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear framework for turning Mediterranean diet evidence into client-ready strategies you can use today.
  • Communication strategies that help clients understand the advice and act on it, whatever their starting point.
  • The latest research, including new brain health insights, so your advice reflects where the evidence is heading.
  • A head start on the upcoming Australian Dietary Guidelines update, with a clear sense of how the Mediterranean diet fits within it.

Whether you’re refining your current approach or looking for fresh ways to make the Mediterranean diet simple and achievable, this session is for you.
