About the symposium:

Longevity is one of the busiest conversations in nutrition right now, with new ingredients, protocols and plenty of hype along the way. Clients are often hearing about these before the evidence catches up, and dietitians are best placed to guide them. This symposium brings together three expert speakers to explore the latest evidence on healthy ageing, from muscle and brain health to trending ingredients, so you lead the conversation rather than let trends set the agenda.

Leave equipped to guide clients on:

  • How protein and muscle health are key to preventing frailty
  • The evidence on nutrients proposed to support healthspan, including creatine, omega-3s and probiotics
  • The links between the Mediterranean diet, polyphenol-rich eating patterns and brain health
  • What the evidence really says about trending longevity ingredients such as NMN, CoQ10, B12 and more, and how to separate promise from hype
