About the webinar:
Prebiotic fibre is like fertiliser for our gut microbiome and the gateway to good gut health. What defines a prebiotic fibre continues to broaden, as do the health links being made. This webinar will cover the evolving research into the different types of dietary prebiotic fibres and how they have unique effects on a range of health benefits linked to keeping our gut microbiome healthy and well fed.

Key learning outcomes:

1. Understand the key definition of what constitutes a prebiotic
2. Summarise the broad types of prebiotic fibres and how they are related to gut health
3. Identify the key foods that are rich sources of prebiotics and describe the evidence linking them to a gut health benefit
