About the webinar:
There is a strong link between undernutrition and frailty. In this webinar, Primary Healthcare Nurse Consultant Jane Bollen will explore evidence-based screening tools that help you to recognise older people with, or at risk of, frailty. Jane will challenge your assumptions about ageing and provide useful tips for working effectively with GP nurses and the older population. Jane will also cover treatment options and referral pathways for people who are frail and undernourished.
