A two-day, evidence-based course hosted by the Integrative Therapies Program at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Integrative Health Global. International experts review the evidence for traditional, complementary, and integrative medicine (TCIM) in children with chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and epilepsy, and how to apply it safely alongside conventional care. March 5-6, 2027, The Penn Club, New York City.

Rates of pediatric chronic disease continue to rise, and families increasingly seek traditional, complementary, and integrative medicine (TCIM) to manage symptoms and improve daily life. Yet the global evidence on safe, low-risk, low-cost interventions is scattered and difficult to translate into practice, and few opportunities exist for clinicians to learn it.

This two-day course fills that gap. Leading experts each present a focused lecture followed by a case-based panel showing how TCIM applies in real clinical situations, and a hands-on Integrative Expo lets participants experience several modalities firsthand.

Date: Friday, March 5 (12:00-6:00 PM ET) and Saturday, March 6, 2027 (8:00 AM-5:15 PM ET)
