Presenter: Jill Sherriff, PhD, AdvAPD Jill Sherriff is an associate professor in the School of Public Health at Curtin University, WA, where she lectures to second-year nutrition students and to dietetic students. Her expertise is in nutrients and nutritional biochemistry. Jill’s research interests are feeding premature infants, breast milk, iodine in pregnancy and lactation, and nutritional issues in relation to diabetes. She supervises several dietitians undertaking Master or PhD and is involved in continuing education for dietitians and other health professionals.
