Introducing small changes into your daily routine that are simple, positive and achievable are beneficial in helping people stay healthy and to keep their health goals on track. To support the launch of Woolworth’s new range of healthier frozen meals with Michelle Bridges, Delicious Nutritious, the Woolworths Nutrition Team invited dietitians to share their own nutrition-focused motivational messages to inspire behavioural change. 

Seven of these messages were selected to make up a set of motivational cards: “One small change every day”.  Contributions came from dietitians working in a range of areas including Alex Parker (The Biting Truth), Chantelle Curtis-Latchford (Preserve Nutrition), Elizabeth Stathakis (Healthy Kids Association), Joanna McMillan (Dr Joanna), Kara Landau (Travelling Dietitian), Milena Katz (Ahead in Health), and Stephanie Partridge (The University of Sydney).
