About the webinar:

Whole grains are beneficial for good health and increasing research is uncovering the unique way whole grains support good gut health. In this webinar, Dr Tim Crowe will explore how whole grains help to create a healthy gut by increasing the diversity of beneficial gut bacteria and providing the prebiotics to fuel them. Tim will share the latest research on whole grains and explore the interaction of different types of dietary fibre with the gut. Tim will also provide tips for getting more whole grains (and the right combinations of fibre) in the diet to improve overall gut health.
