It comes from Glenn Mackintosh, psychologist, who’s heading a series of workshops for us this winter on psychological approaches to weight management. The latest workshop goes live on Tuesday 22 August 2017, 7-8.30pm AEST and covers “Freedom from Emotional Eating”. Glenn will share “marvellous methods to manage moods” with your clients, how to identify what your clients are really craving [and hint, it’s not food], and more. Take a fresh approach to client weight management and delve into the psychology of it with Glenn.
