About the webinar:

This presentation will explore the concept and benefits of Room Service and its implementation within The Prince Charles Hospital. Webinar attendees can expect to hear about a day in the life of working within a Room Service model and the changes to clinical dietetic processes that have been afforded as a result.


About the presenter:

Bianca Neaves has worked as a Dietitian for the past 16 years in both public and private settings, working with paediatrics, corporate health and acute clinical care. Her passion is Food Services and Project Management and over the past 7 years she has managed the food service department at The Prince Charles Hospital. She led the implementation of moulded texture modified meals into acute facilities in Queensland in 2015 and has most recently implemented Room Service in the first Queensland Health and largest hospital in Australia.
