Why did you start blogging?

When I set out on my first adventure back in 2012 to live in NYC and travel around Europe my friends and colleagues back home all wanted a way of staying in touch and asked if I would set up a blog. I liked the idea of simultaneously having a place that I could connect with others on a personal and professional level. I never would have guessed at the time that it would turn into my new brand and grow into a name that is now recognized in both the USA and Australia by those within the industry?!

What does the blog cover?

The blog is as an authentic a mix as possible between covering hot nutritional topics, innovative food products that I come across around the globe, together with the honest experiences I have in my day to day life.

I try to engage my readers on a variety of levels so that they really feel as though they know who I am at my core, and hopefully with that, comes another level of integrity when I speak as a professional.

I have a pragmatic outlook on life, and therefore try and convey these practical or logical ideas when diving into the science and providing suggestions on how we can implement the take home messages from the nutritional science that I cover.

I try to cover hot nutritional topics at a slightly deeper level than the mainstream wellness websites given I know that my main readers are those within the nutrition and fitness industries, as opposed to solely consumers.
