Emily studied a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition at Deakin University and is just about to finish her Masters of Dietetics at La Trobe University, Melbourne. She has worked and volunteered in a variety of areas in the field of nutrition including gyms, national foundations, hospitals and private practice.

While completing an internship with Melanie McGrice, Emily became passionate about recipe development. In the future, she hopes to work in the field of paediatrics, mental health and mindful eating. In her spare time, Emily loves cooking, developing recipes, pilates, going out for brunch and travelling. Her aim is to educate people on moderation and how to build a healthy relationship with food, so that they can reach their goals and enjoy the best quality of life.

Emily is our resident dietitian in the kitchen here at DC, selecting our tasty “Recipe of the Week” … which are sometimes even her own creations!
