About Lisa Stollman

Nationally-recognized Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian, Lisa Stollman, MA, RD, CDE, CDN seamlessly pulls together everything teens need to know to safely lose and maintain weight, eat healthy and look great. Lisa knows that the best time to learn how to put healthy eating into place is when you are young so you can enjoy good health throughout your life. In addition to being the Nutrition Consultant for The North Shore Medical Group-Mount Sinai Hospital, she is the go-to nutritionist for many physicians on the North Shore of Long Island. Lisa has completed advanced training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. For the past twenty years, Lisa has been in private practice as a teen and adult weight specialist in Huntington, New York. Lisa, along with her husband, Eric and two college-student sons, Sam and Max, resides on Long Island and New York City.
