Sprout Training has drawn on its nutrition science knowledge and food service experience to create a course designed to address the growing issue of dietary requirement management in food services.  The course provides those working in food preparation environments with the skills and knowledge they need to appropriately manage consumer dietary requirements particularly food allergies, food intolerances, coeliac disease and personal and religious dietary preferences.


With one in four Australians reporting some form of dietary requirement, the goal of this course is to ensure that any individual with a dietary requirement can confidently eat away from their home and that they are able to enjoy positive and stress-free food experiences anywhere in Australia.


This course is appropriate for anyone involved in food production, food handling and food service.  Including people working within food manufacturing; traditional food services such as restaurants, hotels, cafes and food trucks; food retail for example bakeries, sporting arenas and airlines; health institutions such as hospitals and aged care facilities and educational institutions such as kindergartens, childcare venues and schools
