Private Practice dietitian

We are looking for a passionate and easy-going dietitian to join our team at Nutrient Nation. You will primarily be responsible for conducting our face-to-face medical nutrition therapy consultations with our clinical case load.

This is an ongoing position, starting at ½ – 1 full day per week initially with potential to grow.

We are looking for a passionate dietitian to join our team at Nutrient Nation. You will be responsible for conducting our face-to-face medical nutrition therapy consultations with our clinical case load, with potential to also expand into our Sports nutrition work. You will also assist with diet plans, conducting group workshops and managing social media.

Essential criteria for the role:

• Must be an Accredited Practising Dietitian

• Can confidently diagnose and manage clinical nutritional problems, provide individualised nutrition counselling and use creative solutions to solve nutrition issues

• Has an empathetic nature, good listener and natural people–person

• High degree of organisational skills

• High standard of interpersonal and communication skills

• Shows initiative

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment

• Proficient social media skills

• Confident in public speaking

• Working with children check

Desirable criteria

• At least 12-months experience practising as a dietitian (not essential)

• Has completed or is planning to complete the SDA Sports Nutrition course + ISAK Level 1 accreditation
