Dietitian – Level 1/ 2 – Deniliquin
Temporary Part Time up to 16 hours per week (until 19 May 2024)

This role is based at Deniliquin Health Service. The position will provide dietetics services across acute/inpatients, community/outpatients, and residential aged care for a wide range of health conditions at all stages of life. This role involves the assessment of nutrition needs, provision of an appropriate nutrition care plan, monitoring, discharge planning, and nutrition counselling and support for patients, carers and families. This position includes participating in all relevant service and departmental meetings, engaging in regular supervision and participating in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities.
