You will be working from home in a remote role to support the founder and lead dietitian (Christie) with all dietetic-related responsibilities within the business. This includes online consulting and group coaching sessions, responding to client queries and questions online and providing support with our social media accounts including nurturing prospective clients and content creation.

The successful applicant will be working on a contract basis to start with at 10-16 hours per week with a view to progress into a part-time role of 20 hours per week.

Christie Lee Nutrition is a small, rapidly growing online business specialised in providing effective diet and nutrition solutions for women with Endometriosis to improve their symptoms and enjoy a better quality of life. Our mission is to reduce the burden of Endometriosis by improving the quality of life for 500 Endowarriors by the end of 2027.

We offer digital products and services including our flagship ‘Beat the Endo Belly’ group coaching program which educates and supports our clients with evidence-based diet and lifestyle solutions to improve their period pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea and fatigue. Our client base is both Australia-wide and international.

Founder and lead dietitian, Christie, is an Accredited Practising dietitian with expertise in Endometriosis, fertility and IBS and has over 7 year’s experience in private practice. She has been a pioneer in the newly developing field of diet for endometriosis and has a wealth of knowledge to pass on to an enthusiastic dietitian who is interested in working in this highly rewarding and specialised field.


About The Role

This includes online consulting and group coaching sessions, responding to client queries and questions online and providing support with our social media accounts including nurturing prospective clients and content creation. Initially, duties will be to assist and support the lead dietitian with managing and supporting clients before stepping into individualised consulting and group coaching role duties.

The successful applicant will be based in Australia (Perth WA is preferable but not mandatory) working on a contract basis to start with 10 hours per week with a view to progress to a part-time role of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

Client Coaching

  1. Consulting – Online zoom consulting with new and existing clients for individualised nutrition assessment, ongoing review and nutrition supplement planning.6 hours per week
  2. Facilitate Group Coaching sessions – Lead online group coaching sessions with clients enrolled in the “Beat the Endo Belly” program. This includes the facilitation of the sessions, provision of dietetic advice and answering any diet-related queries that clients submit.

6 hours per week.

Client Support

  1. Responding to Client Queries – Daily check for queries from clients inside the private Facebook group and support email inbox to provide advice or escalate any particularly complex queries to Christie as required.

2-3 hours per week

  1. Client engagement monitoring and outreach – Monitoring client attendance at group coaching calls and outreaching to check-in and provide advice and support to re-engage.

2 hours per week

  1. Support with Dietetic Specific social media content – Christie Lee Nutrition provides free endometriosis specific dietetic content on social media (predominantly Instagram) with support of a social media manager. You will be required to review and update social media posts and content before it is approved for posting to ensure accuracy.

1 hour per week

  1. Social media inbox support – Daily check-in with our private direct message inbox on Instagram and Facebook to respond to prospective clients and assist with directing them to our resources and support.

3-4 hours per week

  1. Development of new program lessons and resources – Assisting with the research and creation of Canva presentations and resources to expand our education content inside the ‘Beat The Endo Belly’ Program as needed.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics
  • Eligible for APD (Accredited Practising Dietitian)

Desirable qualifications

  • Low FODMAP Diet training from Monash University or similar tertiary institution
  • Certifications and/or professional development in women’s health
Work experience and skills

Essential experience

  • 3 years minimum experience working in a private practice or clinical dietitian role
  • Strong computer literacy skills and confidence working online

Desirable experience

  • Experience with online consulting or telehealth
  • Familiar with Instagram and Facebook platforms

Personal qualities and behavioural traits

  • Enthusiasm/passion for women’s health
  • Confident speaking in both group and one-on-one scenarios
  • Extremely organised and detail-oriented
