We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team.

As Dietitian, your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Complete nutritional analysis of all meal plans and recipes using FoodWorks nutritional analysis software.
  • Assess recipes and meal plans against government guidelines and MindChamps guidelines and provide recommendations for areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and update nutrition policies and procedures as required.
  • Assist with audits of nutrition-related practices in Centres.
  • Develop content for the training of Centre staff in nutrition-related policies and procedures such as workshops and written resources.
  • Assist in the development of content for the education of parents such as workshops, written resources, and social media.
  • Support Centre staff to implement meal plans and nutrition-related policies, procedures, and curriculum activities.
  • Support children and families with special dietary requirements through consultation and development of special dietary requirement plans in conjunction with the Centre Directors.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master of Nutrition and Dietetics with eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia
  • A valid Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience in, and knowledge of children’s nutritional needs including food allergy management
  • Demonstrated experience in using FoodWorks analysis software
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, parents and families
  • Ability to work autonomously but be flexible within a team environment
  • The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to childhood nutrition
