Assistant Coordinator – Cockburn Healthy Lifestyle Service (CHLS)

Location: Success, WA
Salary: $83,000 – $95,000 (HPSA Level 3)
Work Type: Full-time, 12-month contract (potential for extension)

This full-time role supports the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of the Cockburn Healthy Lifestyle Service at Cockburn Integrated Health. You’ll provide individualised nutrition counselling and contribute to community-based programs that promote healthy eating, physical activity, and mental well-being.

The ideal candidate has experience in both clinical and community health settings, with a strong interest in health promotion and chronic disease prevention. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is required to support community events.
